Product Change Notification – PCN 000871

We would like to inform you that Moxa is going to make changes
to the power adapters of the NPort,
MGate, and UPort Series.
These changes will be implemented on different dates for the different product series.
Please review the details below to determine how these changes will affect your products and/or operations.
What will change?
Changes will be made to the power adapters of the NPort, MGate, and UPort Series to comply with EN 55035 certification, which replaces EN 55024. Also, the power plug pin is extended to lock the product and power adapter tighter. Because the actual product does not change, the Revision of the product will remain the same:
- The power plug pin will extend to 9.5 mm (previously 7.5 mm).
For PWR-12050-EU-S1, the GS certificate (optional regulation of Safety in Germany) will be removed.
