What's New with DanteŽ on Barix IP Audio Client?
- Integration: DanteŽ on IPAC seamlessly supports 2 channels for both transmissionand reception, and automatically appears in DanteŽ Controller with no manual configuration needed.
- Compatibility: IPAC's implementation embraces the full suite of DanteŽ featuresincluding device advertisement, discovery, Precision Time Protocol (PTP), and control.
- Management: With DanteŽ Controller, users can effortlessly manage audio routing, monitor clock status, check network usage, and configure device settings such as sample rate, encoding format, and device name.

Configuring Annuncicom MPI400 to receive audio from a Dante AVIO feeding a SIP bidirectional call whileforwarding it's main audio output to other IPAC Dante receivers with routing performed via Dante Controller
Having the possibility to forward the main audio output from IPAC to DanteŽ opens the doors for many use casesand interoperability scenarios:
- RTP: IPAC to receive an RTP stream and forward it to DanteŽ
- InformaCast, Syn-Apps: IPAC to receive an InformaCast / Syn-Apps notification andforward it to DanteŽ
- Scheduler: IPAC to run a message/bell/ads/BGM scheduler and forward it to DanteŽ
- SIP: IPAC to receive a SIP call and forward it to DanteŽ / IPAC to feed a SIP callwith DanteŽ audio =>This allows for remote bidirectional interconnection of 2 DanteŽ systems.
- UDP: IPAC to receive an UDP stream and forward it to DanteŽ
- USB: IPAC to play from USB and send its audio to DanteŽ (simple USB BGM solutionto DanteŽ)
- HTTP: IPAC to receive an HTTP stream from a web radio and forward it to DanteŽ
- Paging: IPAC to receive an IC Paging / Simple Paging stream and forward it to DanteŽ
- Local Files: IPAC to play local files triggered via API and forward to DanteŽ
